Special Event Procedures

During football season, fans from all over the world fly into South Bend to watch the Irish take on their competition. We want to ensure that arrivals to and departures from SBN are as easy and smooth as possible. The information and links below provide our General Aviation visitors with useful details about game day procedures to enhance safety and situational awareness at the airport.

Inbound General Aviation aircraft will have the choice to park at either FBO (Atlantic Aviation or Corporate Wings) as early as desired. Pilots, it is highly recommended for you to contact your FBO before your time of arrival and when exiting the runway to plan for your parking and services needed.
