The Rule On Carrying Liquids
For carry-on bags, you’re allowed to bring onto the plane one quart-size resealable bag. All liquids, aerosols, creams and gels must be in travel-sized containers that are 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) or less per item. Larger items, such as full-sized shampoo bottles, must be placed in your checked bag.
