Rates and Charges
The St. Joseph County Airport Authority has established airport rates and charges annually for all persons, firms, or corporations doing business on airport property.

Building Permit Application
A building permit is required for all new construction, or any alteration, modification, addition, or subtraction, to any leased space (whether owned by the St. Joseph County Airport Authority or private entity).

Taxi Procedures
All taxis servicing SBN are licensed and authorized by the City of South Bend and approved by the St. Joseph County Airport Authority to operate on airport property. For specific information regarding taxi procedures at SBN, please contact Kerianne Linn, Properties Manager.
Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Program
The St. Joseph County Airport Authority has established an Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 23.
It is the policy of the Authority to ensure that ACDBEs, as defined in Part 23, have an equal opportunity to receive and participate in concession opportunities.

Airport Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program
The St. Joseph County Airport Authority has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26.
It is the policy of the Authority to ensure that DBEs, as defined in Part 26, have an equal opportunity to receive and participate in bid opportunities.
