Driving Yourself? Our Parking Options
We’ve mentioned before how affordable our parking is, but it bears repeating: choosing to fly local with SBN ensures you’re getting great parking, minutes from the terminal, at prices that won’t break the bank.
For short-term parking, our maximum daily rate is $14, and it’s only a minute away from the terminal. For long-term parking, our weekly maximum rate is $45. Compared to other major airports in the region that charge $70 a week, that’s a major savings! Plus, the furthest walk to our terminal clocks out at less than five minutes, so you’re never forced to park remotely for a better price.

Hail a Cab
Taxi service is available for passengers at SBN. All taxis servicing SBN are licensed and authorized by the City of South Bend and approved by the airport to operate on the property. All available taxis wait for passengers on the main drive outside the front entrance.

Travel By Train
SBN is connected to downtown Chicago and major cities throughout Northwestern Indiana by way of the South Shore rail line, operated by the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District (NICTD), which means SBN is accessible anywhere in the Michiana region!
Leaving for your next destination from SBN is simple — and affordable! Tickets can be purchased by credit card online or at the east end of the airport terminal. You can also pay with cash to the conductor on the train.
